Building a crosstab

If you need to export multiple or all questions from a dataset at once, you can use the CROSS TABULATION tool. This can be accessed from the dataset landing page.

Now you will see the crosstab builder. To get started you first need to add some questions to your crosstab. Do this by clicking the ADD A QUESTION button.

Now you can select all questions, or a curated set of questions to include in your crosstab.

Now that you've added your questions, you can click + ADD SEGMENT to add questions as column-breaks. You can add multiple segments to your crosstab. For example, if you want to break down your dataset by Age, Gender and Household Income, simply add each segment in the order that you want them to appear.

And finally, you can toggle Sample Count, Z-Score or Index to include additional information in your tabulation file. Sample counts will include an additional worksheet that includes all of the sample counts, as well as the % values. Toggle Z-Score or Index will include the score values for each of these tests.

When you're ready, click DOWNLOAD XLS to export your data.
